If you are one of our rental, leasehold or shared owner customers, you should now have received our Chat 2 Aspire Neighbourhoods surveys either through text message, email or the post.
The details that you give us in these surveys will be used to shape Aspires Locality Plans. These plans will take into account the things that you are telling us about the neighbourhoods in which you live so it's really important that you take part.
The plans themselves will then be presented our neighbourhoods at a series of community events planned for Spring 2022.
So far, we have had over 1,600 responses, which means that more customers have taken part in this Chat 2 Aspire consultation than in our previous event in Summer 2019!
The deadline for the survey is the 20th December 2021 with the call back line closing on the 19th December.
