Togetherall are an online community for people who are stressed, anxious or feeling low. The service has an active forum with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. You can talk anonymously to other members and take part in group or 1-to-1 therapy with therapists. It is a safe space for you to receive help regarding mental health and much more, as well as being free to use.
This March, Togetherall have many campaigns occurring throughout the month to bring awareness to problems that we may be facing and offering help to those who may need it. Here they are:
Eating Disorder Awareness Week 1st – 7th: the first week of March is focusing on eating disorders and how they can affect people.
World Sleep Day 19th: mental health and stress can affect our sleep, especially when we need it most. This day aims to show you how Togetherall can help with this and the improvements it can make.
Start Your Day Right: ways in which we can positively start our day to ensure our mental health is doing well.
Community Story: how we can support each other virtually
There is always support available for mental health issues, stress, anxiety etc. This is a hard time for us all, so make sure to look after one another and talk to someone if you are feeling low.
