Before you get going, you just need to create and validate your account. To do this, simply head to our website and enter a few quick details to create your account. You will then need to log in, go to ‘account validation’ and insert your date of birth and your tenancy reference.
You can update your contact details yourself, and you can also choose how you want us to contact you. Your account will list any contacts you may need to know, including the Neighbourhood Officer, Neighbourhood Assistant, Responsive Repairs Scheduler, Responsive Repairs Team Leader, Income Collection Advisor, and Income Recovery Advisor who is responsible for your area.
Reporting your repairs is now easier and faster. ‘Report a repair’ allows you to create appointments online – allowing you to book your repair at a time that suits you best. Through our website you'll be able to book the following services:

Through My Account, you can request alterations and improvements you may want to do the property, such as adding a patio or decking, installing a smart meter, or installing an outside tap. Once you have filled out your application a member from our team will contact you to collect as much information as possible to assess the application. You will be able to track the application online to see if it has been accepted.
