Newcastle Housing Advice (NHA) options

Newcastle Housing Advice (NHA) options is the choice based lettings service managed by Newcastle Housing Advice (NHA) and Aspire Housing.

We've created a joint housing allocations policy to deliver a straightforward, effective and fair way of assessing and prioritising applicants housing needs. The new banding priority is slightly different so your banding may change on the new system but this will still reflect your housing need as per the new policy. A copy of the Allocations policy can be found in the help guides on the new NHA Options website.
