Improvements Contract Manager
37 hours per week, Permanent
Competitive Salary circa £45k
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Maintenance team within Aspire Housing. You’ll need experience in delivering an efficient, effective, and customer-focused improvements service. The scope includes managing various improvement contracts such as Kitchens, Bathrooms and Boiler installations.
With extensive contract management experience, you’ll be familiar with the procurement processes, including tender and evaluation of contractors and suppliers. You will ensure operational performance is achieved by anticipating and managing risks and issues and taking corrective action.
You’ll demonstrate a strategic outlook and will use your stakeholder management skills to collaborate with the Gas and Electrical Contracts Manager to coordinate and plan the work and strive for continuous improvement.
If you are an experienced manager leading a large multi-disciplinary team we want to hear from you.
Due to the nature of the work, you must have a flexible approach to working hours. The role will be home-based but will include travel within our operating area of Staffordshire and Cheshire.
