35 hours per week
Competitive Salary: £20,500 - £23,000 depending on experience
Achieve Training is the leading training provider and social enterprise in Staffordshire. We offer various routes to apprenticeships, employment and further education through vocational courses, employability training and study programmes.
We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Development Coach to join Achieve Training’s Learner Wellbeing and Development Team.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding pastoral support and careers guidance to a caseload of learners, contributing to the planning, delivery and assessment on varied Personal and Social Development and Employability programmes as well as maintaining excellent record keeping and caseload administration to evidence adherence to funding/compliance requirements.
The post holder will need to be able to work both flexibly and independently, but also closely with other colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting young people in a pastoral role and ideally will have some experience of delivering to groups of young people.
