Receptionist / Administrator

Full-time, 35 hours per week
Permanent
Salary: £16,500

Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire

Achieve Training is part of the Aspire Housing Group, a social enterprise providing training and employment opportunities for local people and working to regenerate the local area.

We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join the team based at our training centre in Shelton, Stoke-on Trent.

This role involves the provision of a friendly, efficient, professional and effective Reception service to Achieve Training customers and visitors. As well as face-to-face contact, the role holder is required to effectively and efficiently handle inbound and outbound telephone calls through the company’s telephony system.

The successful candidate will also provide significant support to the recruitment team including the following; Enquiries / applications from potential learners, organise and complete face to face and remote interviews and be actively engaged in aspects of the enrolment process.
