We recently asked our colleagues to complete our Colleague Voice survey, our annual engagement survey, which gives them the opportunity to share their thoughts about working with us.
As a result of our scores, we were pleased to receive a World’s Happiest Workplace award, powered by WorkL!

We know that being appreciated at work matters, and recognising our talented colleagues and the work they do is so important to us.
We recognise commitment and hard work through our ‘Feel Good’ campaign, where line managers can celebrate their teams.
We also hold our ‘Colleague Awards’ every year at our annual conference, nominating and voting for our colleagues across different categories.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is central to our business.
Our EDI Forum is made up of colleagues from across Aspire who work hard to embed EDI into our culture.
We want to create a diverse and inclusive environment where colleagues and customers have a voice in the way in which we shape services and conduct our business.

Charity of the Year
Each year we ask our colleagues to nominate charities close to our heart to be our Charity of the Year, putting the shortlist to a colleague vote at our annual conference.
We plan events and activities through the year to work towards our fundraising goals, getting colleagues involved in making a difference in our local communities.
