  • Apply for a role

    Find a role you wish to apply for and make sure to read the documents we provide in full; you might want to save the job description and people specification to help with your application. When you’re ready, enter your email and click ‘apply now’ to start your application. We’ll usually ask you to submit your CV and a covering letter, but sometimes we might ask you a few questions too.

  • Screening

    Once you’ve completed your application, it will come to our People Services team for screening. From here, they will review the applicants for the role. If you’re unsuccessful at this stage, you will receive an email from us. We often receive a lot of applications, so we’re unable to provide feedback at this stage.

  • Interview

    Once we have reviewed all applications, we will invite several candidates for interview. This may be an online interview, or it may be in person. There may be more than one stage of interviews and, depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a task as part of the process. Remember it’s a two-way street, feel free to ask us any questions you may have about the role and us!

  • Job offer

    If you’re successful or not, a member of our team will be in touch to let you know. Either way, we really appreciate your time and interest in working with us at Aspire Housing!

  • Onboarding

    If you're successful, we will begin our onboarding process. This will include sharing an official offer letter detailing the specifics of your role along with your salary and benefits. We will also ask you to provide us with more details about you, including details for payment and uniform sizes if applicable, and ask you to read some information before you start with us.

  • First day

    Your first day will look different depending on your new role, but you can expect to meet your line manager or team leader, collect any equipment you might need, and have a tour of our office or bases. We'll be excited to have you join our talented teams!
