Who can register to MyAccount?

MyAccount is available to the named customer of any of our Aspire homes.

 

If you have a joint tenancy, either of you can register, but presently, only one account can be registered per address. You'll need to decide which of you this will be.

What details do I need to register?

In order to set-up a new account, we'll need the following information:

•   Full Name (first name and surname)

•   Date of birth

•   Tenancy number

•   Contact number

•   Email address

•   A secure password (to access your account with later)

And that's it!

Once we receive your request, our team will validate the submitted details against the ones on your housing account, and get you setup.

Once this has been done, further details on how to use the service will be sent to you.


I've already registered but have forgotten my login details.

Don't worry if you have forgotten your login details, it happens.

We have built in a password reset facility. Simply click 'Log In' and then 'Forgotten login details' to be sent to our password reset page.

You'll need to provide the email address you registered with, and we will send you a link to your inbox to get your password reset.
