Electrician
We're looking for people with demonstrable experience in domestic electrical work, who can produce documentation like EICRs, and can ensure compliance with wiring regulations.
Communication is key in this role, as you'll be working collaboratively with other trade teams to maintain safety standards as well as liaising with customers working in occupied and unoccupied properties.

Technical Maintenance Surveyor
We're looking for people with HNC/HND in Building Studies, or equivalent level of experience, and you'll use your technical expertise to carry out surveys and inspections across our homes.
You would also oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs, ensuring they're completed within our standards and timeframes.

Technical Complex Repairs Operative
We’re investing in a brand‑new specialist team dedicated to delivering high‑quality and compliant responses to complex repairs.
We're looking for people who can carry out detailed inspections, diagnose root causes, and deliver multi‑trade repairs that fully resolve issues in customers’ homes.
You will need solid multi‑trade experience and confidence handling complex repairs.
