We’re really pleased to share that Aspire Housing has been awarded the highest possible gradings in governance and our delivery of the new consumer standards, following our latest inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Our gradings have been confirmed as:
Governance – G1
Financial Viability – V2
Consumer standards – C1
We’re delighted that the Regulator has recognised the positive changes we’ve made in our governance, and our commitment to improving our homes and services for customers.
