We know that any increase can be challenging, and I want to reassure you that every penny goes directly into maintaining and improving your homes, delivering essential services, and supporting our neighbourhoods.

We're a not-for-profit organisation, and your rent helps us reinvest in our communities, keep homes safe and warm, and continue to provide the support you rely on.
