Today we’re launching some brand-new timeslots for our repairs teams!
Alongside our existing appointments, we're now trialling two additional repairs timeslots for plumbing, joinery and electrical works:
- - 9.30am to 12.30pm
- 4pm to 6pm
Our data shows that the highest number of 'no-access' visits, where we're unable to complete a repair because we can't gain access to a home, occurs during our 8am to 9am timeslot.
These missed appointments impact both our customers and our colleagues, creating delays and reducing the number of repairs we can complete.
Your feedback has also told us that you want appointment times that work better around school runs and busy traffic periods, and we’ve listened.
Our new timeslots will be available as part of a trial over the coming weeks, and we'll use the insights and feedback gathered to help shape the future of our repairs service and to decide if these new slots will become permanent additions.
