Neighbourhood work shaped by customer feedback
Earlier this year, we shared our new Neighbourhood Plans — shaped by customer feedback and focused on creating positive change in every area.
Since then, our neighbourhood teams have been out in communities, listening to customers, working visibly in local areas and teaming up with partners to tackle the issues that matter most.
This includes environmental improvements, community reassurance and practical action to help create cleaner, safer and more welcoming neighbourhoods.
Listening, then acting
A key part of this work is making sure customer feedback leads to visible action. In Chesterton, for example, an additional clean-up day was introduced directly in response to what customers told us in satisfaction surveys, showing our commitment to listening and acting on what matters most.
