1. Rules
These are the rules for the Aspire Housing Limited ("Aspire") prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
2. Prize details
15 x family cinema ticket — 2 adults and 2 children.
3. Opening and closing dates
The prize draw opens at 00:01 am on 30th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30th August 2026. Entries received after that date shall not be entered into the prize draw.
4. Who can enter
To enter, you must be:
- A current named customer on an Aspire Housing tenancy.
- Eligible to enter under these rules.
5. Who cannot enter
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of Aspire Housing.
- Other persons assisting with this prize draw.
- Any person not being a natural person.
- Suppliers to Aspire Housing.
6. One entry per tenancy
Only one entry per tenancy will be accepted.
7. Proof of identity
Evidence of identity may be required.
8. Third-party entries
Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
9. How to enter
The prize draw opens at 00:01 am on 30th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30th August 2026. Entries received after that date shall not be entered into the prize draw.
10. Entry method
An eligible person may enter the prize draw by accepting these rules and completing the online form.
11. No purchase necessary
There is no alternative method of entry. Aspire makes no charge for entry and no purchase is necessary to enter. For online entry requiring an internet connection, the entrant's normal data charges will apply.
12. Fraudulent entries
Any person found using fraudulent information will have their entry voided.
13. The prize
15 x family ticket — 2 adults and 2 children.
14. No alternative prize
No other alternative prize is available, in whole or in part.
15. No cash alternative
There is no cash alternative available.
16. How will the winners be selected
The first 15 entries will be selected, on a first come, first served basis.
17. Promoter
The promoter is Aspire Housing Limited, Kingsley, The Brampton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 0QW.
18. Right to refuse
Aspire reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes is in breach of these terms and conditions. In such cases, Aspire also reserves the right to disallow prizes already awarded and demand return or repayment for the value of the prizes awarded thereafter. Aspire may re-award the prize as it sees fit but shall not be obliged to do so.
19. Governing law
These terms and conditions are subject to English law and any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
