As a tenant, it’s your responsibility to make sure your rent and service charges are paid on time. Keeping on top of payments helps you stay secure in your new home.

  • Check your balance: Once you’ve signed up, you can view your rent account and payments at any time via MyAccount.
  • Ways to pay:
    • Direct Debit: The easiest way to pay. Set up a Direct Debit online in MyAccount—choose weekly (Mondays) or monthly (1st, 8th, 15th, or 25th).
    • Standing Order: If Direct Debit isn’t possible, you can arrange a regular payment by standing order. Contact us to discuss this option.
    • Online: Make payments quickly and securely through MyAccount.
    • By phone: Call our Customer Excellence Team on 01782 635200—please use this as a last resort, as lines can be busy.
  • Rent policy: Aspire requires 4 weeks’ rent to be paid up front.
