Did you speak to us during our customer engagement roadshow? 

Last month, Aspire Housing hosted a fortnight of ground-breaking Chat 2 Aspire events. We wanted to find out what works for our customers, what doesn’t work, and what we can do differently. 

Most importantly, we wanted to give you the opportunity to have your say on the things that matter to you. 

It was a mammoth task, but we had a large selection of enthusiastic volunteers to help us go door-to-door with our customer feedback survey, to answer queries at our dedicated Chat 2 Aspire van, and to speak with customers online. 

Over the course of 10 days, the Chat 2 Aspire van made 48 scheduled stops across Newcastle-under-Lyme, where 134 colleagues visited 264 different streets and housing schemes, and we held an astounding 808 conversations with customers – and this number is still rising!
