Aids and Adaptions

An adaptation is an alteration or additional fittings which can be provided to assist you, or someone within your home to access the basic facilities within their home. This is usually required if you, or someone in your household is disabled or their mobility is impaired.

Anti-Social Behaviour

Everyone should feel safe in their own home. We want everyone living in or around an Aspire Housing home to be able to go about their everyday life without feeling upset, scared, or intimidated. 


As a Residential Leaseholder, you own 100% of your home.  Your lease, which is a legal contract, sets out the terms and responsibilities you and Aspire have. Please see some Frequently Asked Questions here

Commercial property

We own and manage 97 commercial units within Newcastle under Lyme including shops, offices and workspaces. These units are let out at competitive rates and any profits are reinvested back in to support our social purpose and to help us provide high-quality, affordable housing within Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Employment and skills

Aspire to work is a programme specially created for our Aspire Housing customers to provide support into employment. Delivered by our Employment and Skills team, we have support over 300 people each year with access to training, employment opportunities, apprenticeships and more! 

Repairs and maintenance

Aspire Housing homes receive the highest level of service from our maintenance team. Customer-focused and high performing, our repairs and maintenance provide great value for money. 


Money advice

We have a specialist team of money advisors that can help you with your money. They look at and reschedule debt, can guide you through the benefit process and can offer advice about budgeting and savings.


Lettings and tenancy services

Everything about Aspire Housing homes is convenient for our customers - from the initial lettings and allocations, to rent management and payments. Everything you need is just a click away. 

Staying safe in your home

We want our homes to be safe and we regularly review our policies to keep you safe in your home.  We take steps to protect everyone from fire in our homes. But fire risk cannot be totally removed so we ask our customers to be aware of what they can do to stay safe. 

Wellbeing and housing support

Our wellbeing and housing support team provides help and advice based on the New Economics Foundation's 'Five Ways to Wellbeing', and work to ensure people can live as independently as possible. The service is tailored to individual needs and is flexible to adapt to different lifestyles.
