We have a specialist team of money advisors that can help you with your money. They look at and reschedule debt, can guide you through the benefit process and can offer advice about budgeting and savings.
Repairs and maintenance
Aspire Housing homes receive the highest level of service from our maintenance team – Aspire Response. Customer-focused and high performing, our repairs and maintenance provide great value for money.
Wellbeing and housing support
Our wellbeing and housing support team provides help and advice based on the New Economics Foundation's 'Five Ways to Wellbeing', and work to ensure people can live as independently as possible. The service is tailored to individual needs and is flexible to adapt to different lifestyles.
Staying safe in your home
We want our homes to be safe and we regularly review our policies to keep you safe in your home. We’ve recently reviewed our fire safety policy, taking advice from the Fire and Rescue Service.
We take steps to protect everyone from fire in our homes. But fire risk cannot be totally removed so we ask our customers to be aware of what they can do to stay safe.
