We are committed to providing high-quality homes for our customers and this financial year, between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023, we will spend £13 million on upgrades to existing homes.
This money will be spent on a range of home improvements including 430 kitchens, 122 bathrooms, 691 boilers, 747 electrical upgrades and rewires, 97 front and back doors, 168 new roofs and 20 new communal entrance doors to flat blocks.
If you are due to receive any of the above upgrades within the next six months, you will shortly receive a letter from us to confirm the details. Those upgrades due after September will be communicated nearer the time.
