Our latest development, Holborn Place, is almost here! It has 89 stunning apartments for over 55's and many features to make it a great place to live.

We have been working with Award-winning Invisible Creations to introduce some wonderful features in each of the apartments. Safe, accessible housing has the power to maintain and even improve health and wellbeing. The link between health and housing identifies the necessity for solutions in order to improve the quality of life of our residents.
Invisible Creations® is all about designing for dignity, and we’re so happy to have had them working on this development with us. Their aim is to design inclusive, attractive and dual-purpose products to support people to live more independently and well for longer. The Invisible Creations® products have the potential to reduce the frequency of falls in and around the home as people age. The appeal of the universal design, in removing the stigma attached to traditional adaptations, means earlier intervention is both possible and acceptable.
Accessibility has been greatly implemented in Holborn Place, as there are innovative hand rails, toilet roll holders and many other features that are also stylish. These remove the negative stigma often associated with accessible products in homes. Invisible Creations have combined everyday household items, such as toilet roll holders, shelves and planters, with support rails to produce a range of grab rails in disguise, providing people with all the help they need to get around the home without needing to compromise on style.
Due for completion next month, Holborn Place is replacing what was Ashfields Grange in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You can find more details on this development here.
