During the current pandemic we've had to change the services we provide. As part of these changes we're contacting our customers by phone calls, text messages or emails. 

We'll be sending out a survey to our residents to see how you are managing in these unprecedented times. The survey will come from our partners CX-Feedback by Target Applications Ltd who are a cloud-based Customer Surveying and Feedback Management tool designed specifically for UK RSLs and Public Services.
