Update on our services and IT system issues

We are pleased to share that our services are now back up and running following the cyber security incident we experienced.

This means our Customer Portal is now back online, and you are now able to carry out the below activities as normal:

  • Report routine repairs
  • Arrange home improvements
  • See your account balance
  • Pay your rent online

Our systems have been tested and checked by our IT support providers and we can confirm they are safe to use.

We’re aware that you may have held off reporting your repair in recent weeks, so are expecting high demand for our repairs service as we get back up and running. Please be assured that our teams will be working hard to log and arrange your repairs as quickly as possible, so please bear with us as we work though everything.

Once again, we would like to wholeheartedly apologise for the disruption to these services. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during what has undoubtedly been a frustrating time. It was vital, however, that we brought our systems back online in a safe and secure way.
